»I like washing curtains best«.

Grandpa Christoph, born in 1929, loves housework and exercise – in the body and in the mind. „Be young“ is Grandpa’s motto.

In the morning we start with reading the newspaper and fitness training.

Housework and his garden is the nicest way for grandpa to live the day.

When evening falls, autogenic training and relaxation music accompany him into the night.

He loves life.

Grandpa got his curtains washed monthly from his wife Gerda. When Grandma Gerda went blind many years ago, he took care of her and today lives every minute of his life as intensely as possible.

And that too with the people who are in his life – young and old. Grandpa Christoph is particularly happy when he can spend time with his son and granddaughter.

It is the people around him who make up the beautiful life for him, in the past and today.
